A message dated August 2 was received stating the Governor signed                                                               
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act adopting and relating to the Revised Uniform Fiduciary                                                              
    Access to Digital Assets Act; and relating to a specific electronic                                                         
    communications power that a principal may select for an agent
